Delivery & Shipping

Where does The Kind Friend ship?

We ship to most destinations around the world. Our goal is to bring The Kind Friend to the whole world. The shipping costs are calculated upon checkout and added to your total order.

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Typically, it takes 1-2 business days for your order to be processed so you may expect a shipping confirmation email within that time frame! Be sure to check your junk/spam mail in case you can't find it. Below are the standard delivery times:

International shipping rates vary based on location, package size and speed. Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and The Kind Friend encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to The Kind Friend at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Can I have my order delivered to a P.O. Box?

The Kind Friend will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

Can I have my order delivered to a Military Address?

We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

How do I track my order?

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link from which you will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

My package is lost!

Ah! If your package is lost in transit, please contact The Kind Friend support immediately at hello@thekindfriend.com. After an order has been delivered to the order address, we are not held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

The product I received looks different to the website and social media

Different screens on different devices display colours differently. The Kind Friend products may vary slightly in colour from the images on our website and on social media.

Will there be delays in delivery due to COVID-19?

Some international orders will have a delay of 1-2 weeks of delay due to limited air freight service. Email us at hello@thekindfriend.com or send us a WhatsApp +65 8342 0129 if you have any further questions.

Exchange & Returns

Warranty Returns

The Kind Friend will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect The Kind Friend to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of: (a) refund to your payment method (b) a refund in store credit (c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available).

Do you offer refunds?

All orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective or you have received the wrong item.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.

Can I cancel or change an order after I place it?

Our team moves quickly to get your order shipped out ASAP, which means that we aren't able to make any changes to an order once it's been placed.
